Agricultural Employment Opportunities
Across our 20 dairy farms, Trinity Lands employs a mix of contract milkers and share-milkers. This model allows many employees to grow their own equity, whilst being supported by the farm advisors and soil management experts on our Board.
While our focus is to support community organisations, we are also committed to supporting our farming staff to grow in agriculture. Our grandparents were skilled farmers who loved to share their knowledge with those new to the industry.

We adopt a New Zealand first approach to our recruitment and employ a mixture of permanent, fixed term and casual orchard workers and local contractors.
